Parents Association at NGS

At Next Generation School, we believe that strong schools are built on strong partnerships, and there’s no partnership more important than the one we have with our parents. Our Parents Association (PA) plays a vital role in bringing our school community together, enriching student life, and supporting school-wide initiatives with creativity, care, and collaboration.

WHAT IS THE PARENTS ASSOCIATION?

The Parents Association is a team of dedicated parents who volunteer their time and energy to help make the school experience as seamless, inclusive, and enriching as possible. Working in close collaboration with our school leadership and staff, the PA supports key events, initiatives, and family engagement activities throughout the year.


Their contributions include:

Supporting the planning and execution of school-wide events (e.g. International Day, Ramadan initiatives, Charity runs, Educational Talks.. Etc.)

Providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the parent experience

Offering practical support during community gatherings, fundraisers, and special days

Representing parent voices in a respectful and solutions-focused way

The PA also manages our official NGS Parents WhatsApp Community, which provides a quick and reliable way for parents to stay up-to-date on school announcements, events, and helpful reminders. The group promotes respectful, supportive communication and is open to all NGS families.

Class presentatives

Class Representatives

Each class at NGS is supported by a Class Representative—a parent volunteer who acts as a bridge between the school and the class community. Our Class Reps play a key role in:

  • • Welcoming new families and helping with onboarding
  • • Sharing timely updates and reminders
  • • Encouraging parent participation in school events
  • • Creating a sense of community within each classroom

Class Reps work closely with the PA and school administration to ensure that every family feels informed, supported, and connected.
